Sachin Jha is the founder and host of Decoding Wisdom, a long-form podcast exploring elite performance, identity, philosophy, and what it means to build a meaningful life after sport or corporate success. The show has featured guests including IndyCar champion Marcus Ericsson, IndyCar veteran James Hinchcliffe, WTA professional Maryna Zanevska and creator Samir Chaudry.
Before podcasting, Sachin played international age group cricket for the UAE, earned an MSc from Ivey Business School, and spent several years in management consulting at a Big 4. He is based in Toronto and covers F1, IndyCar and other motorsports as a motorsport content creator with paddock access.
As a speaker, Sachin draws on three distinct careers lived under genuine pressure. His talks are practical, personal, and built on the same framework that drives the podcast: real stories, real stakes, applied to the room in front of him.
